Mobilization

The primary source of funding for the realization of the objectives of the organization is the donation by Friends of Missions & Missionaries (FoMM) and other mission-minded individuals and families, and / or sponsorship of specific projects by other organizations or individuals and families.

Friends of Missions and Missionaries are mission-minded professionals and other believers who are registered through the approved modality of the Organization and form the core of membership of the Organization. They engage in periodic voluntary donations to the ministry for the purpose of meeting our objectives and executing the agreed programs; they also serve as our ambassadors in their communities and other spheres of influence.

Funds are also be generated when the Organization is given an opportunity by churches in Canada to create awareness about the objectives of the Organization among their members, through seminars, symposia and promotional ministration.

Events

In order to realize our objectives, we:

– Visit churches within Canada to promote awareness about the Organization’s vision and mission, if and when invited or given an opportunity.

– Hold a yearly Friends of Missions & Missionaries (FoMM) Get-together, during which the public gets informed about our activities for the year, including financial accountability and projection for the coming year and also share testimonies of what God is doing through missionaries in African communities.
